Voucher for eShell to Phonak headset from earmold. When buying this voucher, you get access to aproximately 120 hearing centers all over Denmark. In theese centers you can have taken your earmold. The hearing center will arrange the mold to be shipped to Switzerland, where production take place. You will receive the earmold in your mail in 3-4 weeks.
The earmold fits PHO 221, PHO 421, PHO 521, PTT 211, PIO 511
REMARK: This unit is only available in Denmark for the time being.
